Awesome service, great atmosphere, and fantastic ice cream. Pecan Jacks is the only ice cream/ candy shop I have ever been to that has had a separate section of ice cream for 21+ adults. But it has some of the best ice cream I have ever had!

It was this girls first day and she just wowed us and knew all the top flavors by heart! The ice cream was super delicious and extra creamy. The store is so cute and has tons of hand crafted chocolate and candy made in house!! Staff is extra friendly and the owner let us try samples. Must go to this store!

Great ice cream! They have the standard flavors you'd expect and some unique ones too. I had the Oreo. It was smooth, creamy and the cookies are mixed in. Highly recommended!

My wife introduced me to this place and wow! The ice cream is amazing and service is excellent! I almost hate giving this place a good review because it just means the line will be longer the next time I'm there, but I feel like it must be done.

Best ice cream on 30a AND the friendliest owners and employees! We visited twice on our vacation and each time the staff were truly delightful. They gave us plenty of samples, made recommendations and thanked us for coming. The southern way is alive and well at Pecan Jacks!The ice cream flavors are original and the classics are done the Pecan Jack way making them unbelievable (i.e. Oreo). The prices are reasonable, the serving is generous and the experience is memorable. See you next year Pecan Jack!

Great ice cream and friendly staff. Young people who are actually happy to help. Love the unique flavors like Elvis(really good) and mudslide. Also have alchohol infused ice creams, for continuing your late night activities.

Not enough stars! I have never had ice-cream this good. The flavors were concentrated, intense, incredible.My daughter and I both ordered waffle cones with our choice of ice-cream. The first thing I noticed was the server inspected every cone to make sure it was perfect. We then wandered to the patio to enjoy. I was so impressed, I walked back in, asked for the owner/manager. The owner was on site. I told him he made the best ice-cream I had ever, ever tasted. He smiled and told me the story of his journey. Apparently, he created recipes, took his ice-cream to a major convention and discovered that his product was great but it didn't stand out. He returned home, tossed out the recipes and techniques. He then began his quest for a memorable, amazing, this is too good to be true, ice-cream.Success! Do not miss this place!

Some if the best ice cream to be had, anywhere. Also very good candies and pralines. A staff that lives their products and customers and offers samples of their homemade products. This would have been a 5 star experience other than pricing. Everything was a little more expensive than some comparable places we've visited.

There were a lot of options and serving sizes were a fair amount. Didn't like the ice cream I had but I dont think that was at fault of the company. There were many other things I wish I had tried.

Great product and business. Kid and adult ice cream flavors (liquor infused blends for 21+). Within 2 minutes of entry we were implored to try no less than a dozen samples. Fantastic service and we really enjoyed our first visit - we'll be back!

Friendly service and a tasty product. They have a great selection of liquor ingredient ice cream as well as great options for the kids. This is one of the better ice cream ships I've tasted along 30a. If it is spring break then I'd much rather scout the crowd and go here for ice cream with the family then seaside.

The ice cream is delicious! We loved the Oreo and banana pudding he best but really made an impression was the service. The the young man and lady who helped us were very friendly and helpful. We have a son with a mild peanut allergy and she made sure to get a clean scooper for him which showed she cared. Really appreciated all the samples too.

This is right downtown in a very happening area . I love that it's right next to the public beach access . We actually at shunk gulleys next door and mentioned going for ice cream . They gave us a 15% off discount code for pecan Jack's. Lots of candies available here as well as plenty of ice cream. Staff is happy to offer samples of whatever you want to sample . Will definitely stop by again when in the area again .

Absolutely amazing. First, the liquor ice cream is completely phenomenal. The flavors are incredible. We shared bourbon pecan, banana foster, and the kahlua espresso. The candies are wonderful and the pralines are outstanding.Finally, and most importantly, the people working here are so friendly and love their products. Will go again.

Highly recommend! We loved this place and visited several times while staying nearby a vacation rental. The girls here are super sweet and nice. You have your boozy ice cream, non-dairy, and regular flavors. Additionally, you have different chocolate picks along with salt water taffy, gummy bears and candies.

Amazing ice cream. The Oreo ice cream is like eating straight up Oreos in an ice cream form! Not sure if that makes sense but can only understand if eaten;)

This place is awesome. Great ice cream, pralines, and salted caramel candies. Try the rum raisin and butter pecan ice cream.

Came into Pecan Jacks tonight with my family and friends and ran into the two greatest businessmen, Matt and Tim! They own and operate this joint like an extremely well oiled machine. I can’t begin to describe the personal service we received. They encouraged trying samples of basically everything they had in the shop before making a decision. Their ice cream and chocolates are homemade and even the waffle cones too! The place smells amazing when you walk in the door. Tim and Matt seem to take a lot of pride in their work as it really shows in their glowing smiles. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing them! You will be very pleased.

This place makes me feel like I am a king! I’m thinking this may very well be the best ice cream shop I have been to! I had two scoops of Elvis. My wife had Grand Marnier. My granddaughter had French vanilla. All was very good except the Elvis. The Elvis was out of this world good!

So good. Peanut brittle--amazing. Homemade ice cream--even better. Their flavors are so vibrant and good. It's always our last stop before the airport--one last taste!

Hands down my favorite ice cream place in Santa Rosa.

Bourbon pecan praline ice cream! Just one of a half-dozen delicious “adult” flavors. I’m sure the other dozen hand-crafted flavors are (almost) as good. The candy shop section has gummy bears and (spicy!) pecan brittle, along with some very sexy looking chocolates. We’ve already been back a second time.

Hands down the BEST ice cream I've ever tried! The flavor profiles and the texture couldn't be better. We especially enjoyed the bourbon ice cream, strawberry, mint and cheesecake. So good. The line moves quickly, but they do allow samples. Outdoor seating, good music and right across from the beach. The only improvement request is better and more non dairy options.

We had originally planned to go to another ice cream shop just down the way but the flavor selection was limited so based on reviews decided to head here. Glad we did, the ice cream was great, service was even better. There were 5 of us, and each requested a sample which was gladly given. Ice cream serving was plentiful. Definitely recommend if you are in the area. We spent around $30, which for a treat and what we received was worth it.

Customer service is above and beyond. It felt like being in Wonka's Chocolate factory. We got to taste test pretty much everything and it was all fantastic. My husband and I were very pleased and will definitely return.

Adult and non-adult ice cream flavors. T-shirts proudly proclaim "our nuts are liquored up" and, "best lick on CR30A". They are, and it is. I strongly recommend the bourbon pecan praline flavor. All kinds of candy and treats in addition to the ice cream. Yum.
